Re: Scope of Work — Villa Apex LLC Residence (22 W. Meadow Dr., #360)
Unit #360 in the Villa Cortina Condos (Villa Apex LLC, Arochi Residence) is being
remodeled so additional initiation (2 smoke detectors) devices will be installed to meet
current code requirements. All devices installed (ESL 449CSRH smoke detectors) will
be fully compatible with the existing system. We will also take this opportunity to pull
new wire throughout the Unit and to relocate some devices due to changes in the
floorplan. The value of our work is $1435.
Please Note: The existing FACP is very old and will not support the addition of
hardwired CO detectors. Additionally, the existing panel only reports alarms by floors.
