CI /C ('J NOT1 FI E R"Commercial Specialists of Western Colorado, LLC May 8, 2012 Vail Fire Department 42 West Meadow Drive Vail, CO 81657 Attn: Mike Vaughan — Fire Marshal Pjct : Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa Re: Scope of Work for the Lobby Renovation Dear Mike,The following is a scope of work to be performed for the Lobby Remodel at Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa The scope of work will be to place temporary heat detectors meeting coverage requirements of heat detector coverage. During construction all of the wiring for the devices will be supported properly as they are currently laying throughout the ceiling on pipes and conduits. In addition the existing smoke detectors in the space wll be reconfigured to match the new layout of the space. One speaker strobe will be relocated to the wall on the West side of the sitting area as the wall it is currently in will be removed.
