Subject: DR 13120169 retaining wall changes on Cliffside Drive
Harvey,
I have spoken with Public Works and they are satisfied with the proposed changes to the
retaining wall. Prior to the Town signing-off on this we do need something in writing from the
other owners who share the driveway. Dyroff and Cole I believe are the names of the other
owners. An email or their signature on the application works. The Town just wants to ensure
all users of the driveway are in agreement with the improvements. If you can get this to me
before 4:00 tomorrow I can sign-off before I depart for two weeks. y� -

Your attachment was of no help and it did not contain the $17,000 price tag that we discussed.
Nevertheless I approve this project with the limitation that the total cost shall not exceed the
$17,000 that we discussed.
Please advise me when the work is completed.
