Re: Village Inn Plaza, Lobby/Spa Remodel, fire alarm system
Dear Mike:
This letter will outline the scope of work to be provided by Commercial Specialists of Western Colorado
for the Lobby/Spa remodel at Village Inn Plaza.
The following scope of will be performed for this project:
• Improvements to existing fire alarm panel
• Installation of new circuits for new strobes (existing devices are speakers only and will be
converted to speaker/strobes)
• Replace existing speaker only devices with speaker/strobes
• Replace existing smoke/heat detectors with new addressable devices
• Convert existing conventional circuit to addressable SLC loop (using existing wiring)
• Installing addressable monitor modules at the entrance to each unit to monitor the smoke detector
existing in the unit.
I have attached a drawing of the project area. Please advise if a permit may be issued at this time. If you
