The three items on the bldg. inspection list for TCO are:
1) paint gas pipe between meter and house.
2) add return to grab railing between 1st and 2nd floor.
3) secure hose bib on west side of house.
The items on the planning inspection list for the TCO are:
1) paint exterior vents to match surrounding surface
2) misc. exterior painting
3) hydro seed native areas
For the items listed above I have posted a $1250 bond for the completion of these items. They will all be completed by June 15th with the exception of the handrail return which will
be done by the end of the day today as this is directly related to safety concerns.
