The purpo�e of d�e inspection/survey was io tocate and sample suspccted Asbestos containing materials that might be present in the area of the building that is planned for renovation. The inSpection was made, and the samples were collected by John R. Peterman, an A.H,E.R.A. and State of Co�orado Certified Asbestos lnspector. Great care was taken during thc inspection and sampling to be as accurate as possible. It should be noted that minimal dama�e was done to the existing building structures durnig the inspection so there is no documcnt;ition for unsccn conditions or stored items. All samptcs were analyzed by DCM Science Lab in VVheat Ridge, CO. This laboratory i� dcemed "Proficient" in the E.P.A.Quality Assuranee (QA) prograrn for the dctcrmination of asbestos in buik materials, and is accredited by thc Amcrican Hygicne Association (AtiA).
