● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.

1. Application indicates plumbing
is to be done. Please clarify on plans scope of work
2. Provide wall details showing compliance with the building code for weather protection, insulation and exterior siding flashing.
3. Indicate u values of proposed glazing
4. Application indicates electrical plans are included but not provided. Provide electrical plans to included load calculations.
5. How is heat
being provided for the new space? If using existing systems please provide heat load calculations.
