The Town of Vail Planning Department has reviewed the building permit application for a new
residence at Lot 4, Eleni Zneimer Subdivision. The dimensions and layout of the submitted building
permit floor plans are not consistent with the design review approved floor plans. The GRFA analysis
included with the building permit application must be corrected to address these modifications and
submitted to the Community Development Department for further review.
