Re: Unit #301/302, Vorlaufer, Fire Alarm System
This letter will outline a minor fire alarm scope of work to be performed at the Vorlaufer.
Thul Electronics will be doing the work. Units 301 and 302 are being combined.
The building has an existing Firelite MS9200 fire alarm panel, to remain.
Our scope of work includes the installation of new smoke detectors with sounder bases in
each of 5 bedrooms, hallways outside of bedrooms, in living rooms and at stair landings.
The detectors will be connected to the existing zone for the unit. A total of 9 detectors
will be installed. The part number of the detectors is an ESL 449CSRH. All wiring will
be 4-#16, twisted pair.
The existing sequence of operations will be maintained. The battery size is not affected
by this remodel. The existing panel will be tested to ensure proper operation by the
installing contractor, Thul Electronics.
I have attached floorplans of the unit for your reference. Please do not hesitate to contact
