Scope of Work: The following work is for the VVMC CT Scan remodel.

Scope of work is based on a review with Pete Palmgren of Encore Electric. No spec or
Electrical /Fire Alarm plans were provided for review.
A comparison was made with architectural and SimplexGrinnell archived plans for the area.
Only one smoke detector will be added to the area. I discussed with Mike V and he asked that
SG provide scope of work and permit. The smoke detector was added to the graphic map when
the VVMC Steadman Clinic remodel was processed.
Scope of Work is for parts and smarts only:
1. Program and change existing smoke detectors to heat detectors during construction —
completed in early June by Andy Polar and tested for VVMC.
2. Add one smoke detector to the area as shown on the attache plan page.
3. Post construction — program and label correctly the initiating devices in the remodel area.
Test devices to verify building sequence of operations.
4. Update Graphic Map.
5. Verify monitoring and dispatch
6. Be on -site when a final is called.
