Please take note of the conditions on this approval.
1) Please provide a copy of the utility sign offs for this work in conjunction with your building permit.
2) The fence to be repaired /replaced shall match the existing.
3) The mowing of the Town's property needs to cease. This is the result of a Town Council request for staff to
reestablish the stream tracts throughout Vail as the protective riparian corridor for the Gore Creek which has
had recent study show has been negatively impacted by encroachments. At a minimum the mowing needs to
cease and if the owners are willing it would be great if they planted some willows back in the location. I will be
looking for the mowing to have ceased when I do final inspections at the site.
Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. I can meet anyone on the site to help determine where
the property line is, but I think you understand and can show the owners as well.
