The windows will be replaced "in-kind" with the same manufacturer, type, model, color and size as the existing windows which were installed two years ago. Additionally, the fire damaged the ceiling of an exterior stairway which will be repaired "in-kind" using the same species, T&G, and matching stain finish as the existing ceiling. A new recessed can light will replace the damaged light. Other exterior work may include cleaning any smoke stains from the exterior stucco or trim, and repairing any damage caused by the installation of plywood panels over the broken windows. I understand that there will be no fee for this application and that you will probably issue a staff approval.
