OnJuly3,2012,Farmer&Associates,Inc.(F&A)’sAirMonitoringSpecialist(AMS),BillyGodby, (AMSlicense#14714),collectedfinalairclearancesampleslocatedat583E.LionsheadCircle inVail, ColoradointheResidentialApartmentStructure(Unit#202/Kitchen). Methodologies Priortoconductingairclearancetesting,avisualinspectionwasconductedofthecontainmentfor completenessoftheasbestosremovalandabatement.Thevisualinspectionwasperformedaccordingto theASTM–StandardPracticeforVisualInspectionofAsbestosAbatementProjects.Oncetheinspector completedthisinspectionandwassatisfiedthattheasbestosmaterialswereabated,andcleanup completed(includingremovalofdust,debris,and/orresidues)theclearancemonitoringwasconducted. Airsamplesarecollectedinsideacontainmentareautilizingaggressiveairsamplingtechniquesas describedin40CFRPart763,AppendixAtoSubpartE(EPA1995).
