Greenhill Ct. Wanted me to touch base with you regarding their trees.
I believe they are mainly concerned with fire mitigation especially
the trees overhanging the house and chimney. They also had a large
Aspen fall on their house last fall. The trees in the little front
garden have out grown their spot and they would like to replace them
with something smaller. Their neighbors trees are dead, overhanging
the house and also contain cytospora fungus, thus requiring removal as
well. The Fitzpatrick's property has many mature trees, but the ones
in question I feel should go due to the closeness to the chimney and
house. Please contact me with any questions regarding this issue.
