Dear Community Development,
The Vail Racquet Club Homeowners Association recently received a request
from the owners of Building 11, Unit 19 to replace the windows with new"same
for same"windows that are more energy efficient. According to the plans
submitted to the Association on July 11, 2012, the new windows will have the
exact same exterior appearance as the original windows. The Association
conditionally approved this improvement based upon the owner receiving the
proper Town of Vail permits and approval.
If the Town has any questions or desires further information, please let me know.
