refer to the submittal requirements for the particular approval that is requested. An application for Design Review
cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. The

To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to convey the approval of the Vail Golfcourse Townhomes, Phase
III, for the Owner of Unit 65 to install a deck and a door as per the attached drawings. This
approval is contingent upon the following:
1. Approval is granted based on the location of Unit 65, prior approvals of similar deck.
2. No specific or applied approval is granted for any special or expanded right as to egress,
ingress or use of the Association ground owned in common by its members (the area remains
common area).
3. Any and all costs including, but not limited to, the cost of the work and cleaning up during or
after the work shall be at the expense of the Owner and his sole responsibility. In addition,
any and all costs required to return any disturbed landscaping or irrigation system to their
existing state shall be at the expense of the Owner and his sole responsibility. If, during the
course of construction, any trees are damaged or removed, Owner shall pay the Association
for replacement of said trees at locations to be determined solely by the Association.
4. Owner is responsible to adhere to all provisions in the agreement dated June 20, 2006 signed
by the owner of unit 65.
5. Any exterior lighting fixture shall be selected by the Association and paid for by the Owner
of 65.

6. All rights and obligations between the Applicant and the Association, as set out in the
Condominium Declaration and other governing documents with respect to this approval and
the work contemplated thereby, remain in full force and effect.
This Approval along with the agreement signed by the Owner dated June 20, 2006 may be
recorded, by the Association, at the expense of Applicant, in the Real Property Records of Eagle
County.
