Although we see know reason that the Hot Tub construction and placement would be offensive as indicated on the referenced plans . vvz do have a caveat. That the shrubbery that is there needs to be maintained or replaced with like kind. Like kind would be 5' ft in height and extend from the steps and path indicated at the SE corner to end of the decking which is approximately 2 -3 ft past Al lu 0 the SE corner of the Tub.
