Prior to the staff approval, the application was most recently tabled by the Design Review Board at their September 1 ,2004 meeting because the applicant was unable to attend the hearing. The stalf approval resulted from their comments at that meeting and reflects the following two conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply heavy-guage standing seam copper panels to smaller roof portions fronting street; 2) The applicant shall roof primary roofing form in Ecostar's edar brown and stone red cnlors only. I have enclosed the approval form needed to obtain a building permit, which I have also sent to Horatio at TCC Contractors, for your records.
