In sunmary, Ordinance No. 6 states that it is unlawful for any
person to litter, track or deposit any soil, rock' sand, debris
or naterial, including trash dunpsters, portable toilets and
workmen vehicles upon any street, sidewalk, alley or public
place or any portion thereof. Tbe right-of-way on all Town of
Vail streets and roads is approxirnately 5 ft. off pavement.
This ordinance will be strictly enforced by the Town of vail
Public l{orks Departnent. Persons found violating this ordinance will. be given a 24 hour written notice to remove said naterial.
fn tbe event the person so notified does not comply with the
notice within the 24 hour time specified, the Public Works
Departrnent w111 renove said material at the expense of person
notified. The provLsions of this ordinance shall not be
applicable to c-onstruction, maintenance or repair projects of
any street or alley or any utilities in the right-a-way.

or rnaterial, including trash dunpsters, portable toilets and
workmen vehicles upon any stree!, sidewalk, alley or public
place or any portion thereof. the right-of-way on a1I Town of Vail streets and roads is approxinately 5 ft. off pavement.
This ordinance vill be strictly enforced by the Town of Vail
Public Works Department. Persons found violating this ordinance will be given a 24 hour written notice to remove said rnaterial.In the event the person so notified does not comply with tbe
notice within the 24 hour tirae spacified, the Public Works
Departnent will remove said rnaterial at the expense of E erson notified. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be
applicable to c6nstruction, naintenance or repair projects of
any street or alley or any utilities in the right-a-way.

Departnent, the estimated time for a total review may take as long
as three weeks.
