fn sunmary, Ordinance No. 6 states that it is unlawful for any person to litter, track or deposit any soil , rock, sand, debris or naterial, including trash dunpsters, portable toilets and
workmen vetricles upon any street, sidewalk, alley or public place or any portion thereof. The right-of-way on all Town of Vail streets and roads is approxinately 5 ft. off pavement.
This ordinance will be strictly enforced by the Town of Vail Public Works Department. Persons found violating this ordinance will be given a 24 hour written notice to rernove said naterial .In the event the person so notified does not comply with the notice rithin the 24 hour tine specified, the Public glorks
Department will remove said naterial at the expense of person notified. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be applicable to construction, maintenance or repair projects of any street or alley or any utilities in the right-a-way.

The proposed changes to Unit C!, Sandstone Park Condominiums,
namely, closing the space above the kitchen and thus adding to the
bedroom area above it, and installing a window on the front side of
the thj-rd floor of the building, have been reviewed by the Building
Committee of the Association, and approved, providing that the
window treatment is in keeping with (i. e., the same as) the other
wi-ndows in the condomj-niums (Anderson Clad Windows ).
