If this permit requires a Town of Vail Fire Department Approval ,
Engineer''s (Public Works) review and approval , a Planning Department
review or Health Department review, and a review by the Bui'l ding
Department, the estimated time for a total review may take as long
as three weeks.
All commercial (large or small ) and all mul ti-fami ly permits wi ll
have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential
and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if
residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned
departments with regard to necessary review, these projects may
also take the three week period.

place or any portion thereof. The right-of-way on a1l Town of Vail streets and roads is approxirnately 5 ft. off pavenent.
This ordinance will be strictly enforced by the Town of Vail
Public Works Departrnent. Persons found violating this ordinance will be given a 24 hour written notice to remove said material .In the event the person so notified does not comply with the notice within the 24 hour tine specified, the Public works
Departrnent will remove said naterial at the expense of person notified. The provisions of this ordinance shall nbt be applicable to construction, maintenance or repair projects of
any street or alley or any utilities in the right-a-way.
