According to the Town of Vail's Official Rockfall Hazard Map, the above-referenced property
lies on a parcel with approved mitigation. This mitigation was acknowledged tkough a map
amendment by the Vail Town Council under Ordinance 5, Series of 1985 based on testimony
from multiple geologic hazard consultants. A review of the Town's additional geologic hazard
maps indicates no presence ofdebris flow or snow avalanche hazards on this property.
