Dear Community Development,
The Vail Racquet Club Momeowners Association recently received a request
from the owners of Townhome P-1 to extend the unit's living area onto a covered
limited common area deck and to extend the existing deck in this area outward
by 4'8" with a wrap around deck section to be added according to the plans
submitted to the Association on July 11, 2012. At their April 28, 2012 meeting,
the Board of Directors conditionally approved this improvement based upon the
owner receiving the proper Town of Vail permits and approval.
There are five other units which have accomplished similar improvements at the
Townhomes. The Association believes that this change enhances the unit and
provides an acceptable standard for improving the property.

WRIITEN APPROVAL LETTER
The applicant must submit written joint property.owner approval for applications affecting shared ownership properties
such as dupiex, condominium, and muiti-tenant buildings. This form, or similar written correspondence, must be com-
pleted by the adjoining duplex unit owner or the authorized agent of the home owner's association in the case of a con-
dominium or multi-tenant building. All completed forms must be submitted with the applicants completed appiication.

approval of the plans dated July 10, 2012 which have been submitted to the
Town of Vaii Community Development Department for the proposed improvements to be completed at the address not-
