Revise grading east of driveway in area where address marker is proposed, currently exceeds 2:1
Snow storage area must be 30 % for unheated driveways, revise
Revocable Right of Way Permit, required for improvements in Right of Way.
Provide landscape plan
Scale of site plan is off, Please provide site plan scale at 1” = 10’ or 1” = 20’.
Show limits of disturbance fence/erosion control
Show path of proposed new utilities to new SFR.
Provide construction staging plan when submitting for Building permit
Provide stamped survey.
