An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Commu-
nity development Department. Design Review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a
building permit is issued and construction commences.

1. Three (3) copies of all pertinent approved plans with illustrated, labeled changes
2. Joint Property Owner Written Approval Letter, if applicable.

I trust all's well.
I've attached the Changes to Approved Plans form for the Taplin residence which primarily addresses specific owner
requests regarding the planting of the property. I've also attached the Plant Schedule which appears on the Planting
Plan, but, since it addresses form questions directly, I thought it appropriate for this application. I'm assuming you still
have the Site Grading and Planting Plans. If you don not, I'd be happy to send them, too.
