After DRB approval, the shape of the elevator addition changed with its location entirely outside of the existing garage; this required a recalculation to my GRFA sheet. Please note
the changes to the calcs you returned to me.
Also, since the Owner has canceled the Construction Observation phase of our Agreement, I won’t be able to confirm the elevator shaft size or the final Garage square footage that are
related to these GRFA calcs.
Thank you for confirming these for me and let me or Peter know if you need anything from me before or during construction. I’ll be sending additional information through Peter regarding
