Thanks for taking my call.
We can meet Monday about 9 AM on site.
Again,I suggest we bring a tape and IeYs scale out a plan that works so we can get it signed and issued.
We can make copies after we get an agreement. We will need a copy for Public Works and for the Police Dept as well.

I will not sign off as submitted.
The"solution"was they were going to redesign.
The re-submittal is worse than the original.
We cannot protect the Gore Creek Residences or the Marriott Phase 3 under those conditions.

I have released this phased portion to the applicant to pick-up.
I thought the meeting we had on-site on June 20th solved the issue.It was identified that the construction will impact the alleyway
and some rype of resolution was reached.
The staging issue at the Marriot side of the project will have to be addressed a later date.

The Fire Dept will not approve the plan as submitted with a 12 foot wide access down the Marriott garage entry.
The existing entry is 15'+at the tightest spot.

I just signed off on the phased permit with the following condition.
1. No construction/shoring/staging/access allowed in CDOT ROW until copies of executed agreements are submitted to PW.
