The results of the review are as follows: G 0.0.0 The revision dates do not reflect the accurate history. The code references do not reflect TOV Design Guidelines as adopted by the Town 1999 and revised 2006. If plans cannot be scaled, plans cannot be checked. Conceptual drawings can only receive a conceptual approval or conceptual denial. The assumption of approval of an Administrative Modification for seven units (VII B) is not assured. Bldg Code Summary 10 C cannot abrogate the requirement to provide fire standpipes per NFPA 14. G0.0.1 Fire stopping will require a special inspection program. G.0.0.2 Polyiso insulation must be fire retardant. Provide proof. G0.1.0 through G0.1.7.3 Egress Plan, implies assumptions of occupant travel routes that are not realistic and cannot be substantiated. In addition, some sheets are cluttered with extraneous detail irrelevant to the issue. Plans are not stamped by the Fire Protection Engineer. Not approved. C 000 3 does not show 30 foot separation as proposed on sheet G0.0.0.0 2 B. Soil Nail plan does not show any intelligent plan other than a summary note to “avoid existing utilities”. Nails appear to extend beneath existing structures (Marriott Phase 3 and Gore Creek residence Tunnel). Michael McGee Fire Marshal 04/13/07
