● Submit two complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested
information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.

Architectural Comments:
1. Window wells to be a minimum of 36” wide and 9 square feet. Revise plans
2. Provide complete ladder dimensions reflecting dimensional requirements
of section 310.2 IRC
3. Ladder to extend the full height of the well
4. Ladder allowed to encroach only 6” into the required window well width. Revise plans
5. Minimum spacing of ladder
from wall is 3” per section 310. Annotate on plans
6. CO detectors are required throughout the homes per the IRC. Annotate on plans
