With this scope of work letter Castle Fire Sprinklers is requesting a permit to modify the existing
fire sprinkler system located in Unit 402 of the Antlers Lodge in Vail, Colorado, in order to accommodate
tenant improvement. We will relocate four automatic sprinkler heads. The piping to be used will match
existing type M copper tube sized equal to the existing pipe except existing 3/" pipe will be replaced with
1" pipe for additional hydraulic safety factor.The sprinkler coverage will not exceed the original design
requirements. As with previous projects in this building with similar requirements (units 605 & 204) no
calculations are provided. Castle Fire Sprinkler is providing an 8-1/2"X11" print with F.P.E.'s review for
additional clarification.The address to the Antlers Lodge is 680 West Lionshead Place, Vail, CO 81657.
The building permit number is B12-0272,the parcel number is 210107204062. Please find the attached
permit application, equipment cut sheets, as well as 8-1/2"x11" plan for clarification. If you have any
