Dear Community Development,
The Vail Racquet Club Homeowner Association recently received a request from
the owner of Building 10, Unit 1 to install a freestanding gas stove and the
appropriate horizontal venting which will penetrate the common area building
wall. This improvement meets the Design Review requirements of the
Association and has been conditionally approved based upon the owner
receiving the proper Town of Vail permits and approval.
