Two new shed dormers will need to be added to facilitate the new rooms. In addition, we are proposing to add additional space to the office on the north side of the Lodge, as well as an addition to the convention room on the south side of the Lodge. We are proposing no additional parking spaces as there appears to be an abundance of parking in the winter season when most guests do not require parking. During the summer season, abundant parking is available in the Village Parking Structure. These improvements to the Tivoli Lodge will allow it to serve the Town of Vail in an enhanced manner and with no negative effect on the community.
