As you may be aware, a portion of the existing fire station roof eave extends across the property line into the West Meadow Drive right-of-way. We discussed this issue at DRT this morning
and decided to formalize the existing encroachment through the Revocable Right-of-Way Permit process. Please submit a completed Revocable Right-of-Way Permit application to the gentlemen
at Public Works for processing:
