There have been several patch jobs in the past and a re -roof in desperately needed before this winter. As I indicated it is a flat roof with existing asphalt shingle roll. We will be taking out the existing roofing and be applying EPDM 90 Mil to insure proper water protection. Please let me know if you need anything further before Tuesdays DRB approval. Thank you.
