Kinney residence remodel:
Remodel is being done because of flood damage to one bathroom that damaged cabinet's,
doors and fixtures and 3 other exterior doors that are badly weathered. All changed exterior doors will
be matching
Remove 5 existing exterior wooden doors and screens due to water damage. Replace with
metal clad doors and screens. One glass light in each door. Brown metal cladding to match existing
window and door trim. Oxford brown is the existing paint color for trim of all windows and doors. All
door sizes to remain the same with stained cedar trim to remain the same.
Secondary Bathroom: No changes to wall configuration. Replace damaged carpet with tile.
Replace damaged wall heater. Replace sink cabinet, countertop and faucet. Remove old shower insert
and replace with tiled shower and glass door. Replace damaged bathroom door to match existing.
Master Bathroom: No changes to wall configuration. New tile floor. Delete wall heater and add
in floor electric heat. Replace existing bath tub /shower with tiled shower and glass door, new shower
fixture. Replace bath cabinet, counter top, sinks and faucets. Replace toilet. Replace wall sconces.
Replace old ceiling cans with new ones. Add bathroom fan. Bathroom sheetrock to be removed and
replace to facilitate work as needed.
Interior doors: Change hollow core doors to solid core. Door stain to remain the same to match
existing finishes.
