The app'lication was denied in a 6-1 vote. Colors and materia'l s should be further explained and numbered. Natural rock should be provided; the rock materia'l shou'ld be'located along the base of the house,'l ighter materials shou'ld be'l ocated above the rock. The reflectance of the roof shou'l d be studied. (The opinion was that less reflective metal roof materia'l s are now ava'i lable). The number of materials used on the facades shou'ld be further limjted. A sample of the roof materia'l should be provided at the next meeting.
