Upon receiving two copies of a complete submittaf along withpayment of the appropriate fee, the zonlng administratorshall route one copy of the siEe nap to the t.own engineerfor hls review, Tbe zoning aftninistraLor shall then conduc!this review concurrently. The town engineer shal"l reviewthe subnittal and return comments and notifications to thezoning administrator who sha]l transmit the approval,disapproval or approval with modifications of the platwithin fourteen days t.o the applicant. The purpose of this letter is to summarize the proceedings of the
Design Review Board of March 16, 1982 concerning the Dahlberg
Residence. The app'lication was denied in a 6-1 vote.
Colors and materia'l s should be further explained and numbered. Natural
rock should be provided; the rock materia'l shou'ld be'located along the
base of the house,'l ighter materials shou'ld be'l ocated above the rock.
The reflectance of the roof shou'l d be studied. (The opinion was that
less reflective metal roof materia'l s are now ava'i lable). The number
of materials used on the facades shou'ld be further limjted. A sample
of the roof materia'l should be provided at the next meeting. The
house footprint shou'ld be outlined by a ribbon at the site.
