were completed in the 70's and early 80's. My building, number 9 for example, was completed
in 1975' At the bottom of the page I have written in buitding 19, Phase X, which was completed
only three or four years ago.

Thank you for submitting an application for a re-roof of Phase lll of the Timber Falls Condominiums. Per
our recent conversations, your proposal of replacing the existing shake using a 40 year Prestique asphalt
shingle in "weatheredwood" has been staff approved. The approval was granted with the agreement of
the other owners of Building 9, which you indicated on your application and which falls under the purview
of its own association.
Once you receive this letter (approval enclosed), you, or your contractor, are free to apply for the building
permit, a process which usually takes between two or three weeks. The re-roof may then begin any time
after the building permit is issued.
Thank you, again, for your application and, in advance, for your patience. Please do not hesitate to
contact me regarding any questions or concerns you might have and I will do my best to answer your
questions.
