III. IMPORTAIflT NOTICE REGARDING AI.,L SUBMISSIONS TO THE DRB:
A. In addition to meeting submittal reguirements, qhe
applicant must stake and tape the project site Loindicate property lines, building lines and buildingcorners. All trees Eo be removed must. be taped. A11site tapings and staking must be eomplebed prior to the
DRB site visit. The applicant must ensure that staking
done during the winter is not buried by snow.
B. The review process for NEV'I BUfLDINGS normally requires
two separate meetinqs of the Design Review Board: a
conceptual review and a final review.
C. Applicants who fail to appear before the Design Review
Board on their scheduled meetinq date and who have not
asked in advance that discussion on Lheir item benosfnonpd. will have their items remOved from the DRBPvv ePvr.v\. r rr

b. Indrcate wl.th a dashed line on the site plan afour foot distance from Che exLerior face of the
building walls or supporting columns.
