REDUCTION oF INSURANCE; REDUCTIoN oR TERMTNATIoN oF LIABTLTTY. All payments under this policy, except paymenls made for costs, anomeys' fees and expenses, shall reduce the amount ofthe insurance pro umo. 11. LIABILITY NONCIIMULATIYE. PAYMEI{T OF I,OSS. (a) The Company's Right of Stbrogation. Whenever the Company shall have settled and paid a claim under this policy, all right of subrogation shall vest itr the company unaffected by any act ofthe insured clairrant, The company shall be subrogated to and be entitled to all rights and remedies which the insured claimanr would have had again$ an)r pcrson or property m rcspect to the claim had this policy not been issued.
