cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. The

f made an initial site inspection to Alpenglo Unit #1 on
January 11, t994, as requested by Rich Brown of Brown-Wolin
Construction, Inc. At that time we discussed the necessarystructural repairs to be made on approximately 400 sq. ft. ofthe floor system.
on January 20, t994, l reinspected the unit prior to the
placement of the plywood flooring,. A pla6tic vapor barrier wasin place under the entlre unit. All of the suspect material
was replaced with .6 CCA In Ground Use Wolmanized Wood. Thepartial floor system in question was repaired in a workmanlike
manner to a condition superior to the original.

review or Health Department review, and a review by the Building
Department, the estimated time for a total review may take as long
as three weeRs:.

have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential

I am wrltlng in regard to the deck addltions to the Wren llouse
condomlniums in East Vail. I wouLd like to go on record for the Alpen -
Glo condoml-nlum assoclation that at least one of the decks is l-n question
regarding the setback adJoining our property. I have been in contact
with Joe Norris of the buildlng department on many occasions starting
on Septeuber 6, 1988. Mr. Norris assured me that the deck would be cut
back to its original- depth and that the W'ren House associatlon would
submLt a proposed site pJ-an showing al-1 deck additions. Please keep me
lnformed on thls project as I am responsible to keep the ovrners in our
assocj"ation current on thd project.I know thls natter is quite sna11
in comparison to the many large scale developments ln the town but it
is very iurportant to me and my assocition. Thank you for reviewing this
matter and I look forward to any news about cuttLng back the deck and
if it is appropriate seeing the proprosed site plan.
