RE: Site 4, Casolar De Norte (Casolar l-)
Dear Kristen:
To follow up our phone conversation of the other day would you please
ascertain the Gross Residential Floor Area permitted for a singlefanily residence on Site 4, Casolar.
Site 4 is located at the top, west end of the Subdivision and isapproxinately 2400 square feet in size (1-6 feet X 40 feet). The
Covenants of the Subdivision indicate a cRFA of L6LO sq.ft. perrrunitrr. This site is identical in size to the surrounding duplex lots
and therefore may be entitled to substantially more GRFA than a half
duplex.
In reviewing the file I ran across earlier calculations of staff memosthat stated each building site had a GRFA of approximately 28OO sq.ft.or l-4OO sq.ft. per unit.
