Dear Sirs:
Please find attached an application for a remodel involving the addition of 100 square
feet of living space within the existing building footprint. A bonus room is being added
over the existing kitchen with a south facing dormer and the existing shed roof on the
.cantilevered portion of the room is being converted to a dormer as well. The colors of the
siding as well as the roofing material will not change from the existing colors on the
existing structure. There are no plans to make any modifications to the site, landscaping
or any exterior lighting.
A similar addition was completed at I146 Sandstone Drive, 2 buildings east, in the past
year. Please review the two attached applications as a single improvement, as both sides
of the duplex are planning on proceeding with the addition.
