This letter is to serve as approval of the plan to add a window in Breakaway West
tnit #423 which is owned by Bart Cuomo and Andrew Cuomo.
The approved window is in the living room of the unit. The window exterior
exposure is facing south overlooking Interstate 70 toward the ski slopes. The new window
is approved however, it is required to conform in look and relative location to the existing
window in unit #413.
