It has come to my attention that the Design Review application that you submitted to the Town
of Vail for a proposed spa at 1546 Matterhorn Circle lJnit #7 on July 21, 2003 has been inactive
for a considerable amount of time. During'this time we have exchanged several phone calls
discussing the options you have regarding the deck addition for the proposed spa or the option of
constructing an on-grade slab. I have not heard from you or received and information regarding
which direction you wish to pursue. If you have decided not to pursue the new spa I can
withdraw yorr1 application. Please contact me and let me know what your desire is regarding this
application no later than October 6,2003. If I have not heard from you by this date I will assume
you do not wish to pursue your application and will withdraw it from active projects status.
