I arn writing to you in regard to a white Wagoneer located at
1705 ceneva Drive for which you are the owner of record. Thelicense plate number on the vehicle is Colorado yM-368 which isshown to have expired in Decernber 1979. ft appears as thoughthe vehicle is being used as a storage facility for cardboardboxes and other miscellaneous materials.
This has corne to my attention through the efforts of the CodeEnforcement staff of the Vail police Department. The vehiclehas been at this location since at least the end of August ofthis year. This is in direct violation of Section 9.24.040 ofthe,Vail Municipal Code of which I have enclosed a copy. Thevehicle is deened to be junk by virtue of the fact thll it hasnot moved for a period of more than thirty days nor are therecurrent license plates which would indicate the vehicle ascapable of being moved.
At this time we would ask that you take the necessary steps toremove the vehicle in question no later than l_2: OO noon onNovenber 13, L989. If there is a valid reason why this deadlinecannot be met please contact me at 479-ZI3B prior to noon on thel-3th. If action is not taken a summons and complaint intoMunicipal Court will be issued.
