A compleled Geologic Hazard Review Form needs 1o be signed and submilted to the Town of Vail Community Development Department' 2. The asphalt shingles that currently exist on the storage shed on your property . need to be replaced lo come inlo conformance with the Town of Vail Municipal Code. 3. The exterior siding material on the existing storage shed is T-111' The use of T-11 1 is no longei allowed in the Town ol Vail. Therelore, the exterior siding on the storage shed must be replaced. 4. Indicale on the revised site plan the new localion of lhe existing storage shed' 5. Indicate on the revised site plan the proposed location of the landscaping indicated on the landscape materials list. 6. The parking situation as it is currently proposed is unacceptable. The agreement lor parking on the adjoining property needs to be a private easement agreemenirecorded with Eagle County. An alternative to this option would be to provide gll parking on-site. Either situalion would be acceplable to slatf. At lhis time, t'ne project's design has been granted staff approval.
