Applicants who fail to appear before the Desigm ReviewBoard on their scheduled meebing date and who have notasked in advance that discussion on their it,em bepostponed, will have their items removed from the DRBagenda until such tirne as the it,em has beenrepublished.
The following items may, at the discretion of thezoning administrator, be approved by the ConmunityDevelopment Department staff (i.e. a formal hearingbefore the DRB may not be required): ..-

Vail Village West Water & Sanitation District, which we represent, is in
the process of obtaining a temporary easement for installation of a water
line over property owned by John Siverly. We understand that Mr. Siverly
has a building permit on the property and that he is applying to you for
an extension. Mr. Siverly has asked that we verify the need for the
extension.
The property in question is Lot #6 and Lot #7, Matterhorn Village, Filing
No. I, as shown on the enc'losed drawing. The District plans to have a
contractor on this land from approximately 0ctober l5 to November 15,
depending on weather, construction conditions, etc. During this timeit would be d'ifficult for Mr. S'iverly to use the area covered by the
temporary easement, so an extension of hjs building permit would seem
fa'ir.
