1. Refer to the comments I sent on landscaping earlier today.
2. I need a scale on all of the site plans
3. On sheet L7, can you shade the parts you consider hardscape, and shade with a different color the parts you consider softscape? Also, label the calculation as landscape calculation,
not site area calculation
4. The exterior storage has to be attached to the house by GRFA connection- it cannot be freestanding- please revise.
5. Show crawl space and section.
6. Can you remove the different floor patterns on the floor plans for internal areas? Its REALLY hard to follow whats going on.
7. On roof plan, you need to show what the finished grade below is. Also need interpolated grades (not just height using interpolated grade) of floor underneath rest of roof (non
eave portions- see definition of interpolated grade.
8. The brick star light is still not permitted under the outdoor lighting code- this was the S lights- please replace with something else.
9. The P lights- the patio lights, must be 18 inches or less or else they count as part of the 22 light maximum. Can you make them shorter?
10. Provide site coverage calculation- you can do this by taking each floor plan, and overlapping them (just use the outline- include the garage, covered entries and any roof overhang
deeper than 4 feet, of which I don’t think you have any). The maximum site coverage is 20% of total site. Show you meet this requirement.
11. Provide an updated project information sheet.
