We are fine with the narrowed gate entry as long as the widened areas on each side are signed no parking, so they are available for entering and exiting vehicles to pass each other just
prior to and after the restricted point.
Looks like they are reconstructing the boulder wall in the back. C5 notes to see C6 and C7 which are not provided.
Have no issue with the expanded O2 area.
They also need to recognize that if the trash operations cause too much conflict with traffic they will be required to modify times of operations.

Attached are the clarifications requested by DRB. A blown up section of the gate for clarification and elevation. Also attached is the architectural showing the stucco add. We rendered
