Proiect Description—2077 N. Frontage Road
AT&T Mobility proposes to modify its existing telecommunications site located at 2077 N. Frontage Road West,
Vail,Colorado.
Specifically,AT&T is proposing to remove two existing whip antennas, replace three existing panel antennas with
like-for-like panel antennas(same dimensions)and add one GPS antenna to accommodate LTE technology. Please
see attached plans for details.
No additional equipment space is proposed for this minor modification.
Height
The existing building height will not change and antennas will not exceed the 36' penthouse height. In fact,two
onmi antennas that did exceed the penthouse and screen heights will be removed.
Visual Impact
Any visual impact will be negligible since the antenna site existing and no additional height increase is proposed. [n
fact,any visual impact may be lessened since two omni antennas that exceeded the overall building height are being
removed.
Facilitv Maintenance
One technician will visit the site approximately once each month. The service visit typically takes two hours and
acts as a preventive maintenance measure.
Develoament Assurances
1. The proposed facility will not emit noxious odors,heat,noise or other pollutants.
2. Traffic to the facility will be negligible.
3. Construction of the facility will exceed safety standards and comply with all applicable local and state
building codes and regulations.
4. The proposed facility will be designed to withstand local wind and weather conditions.
5. The facility wil(not interfere with television or radio reception.
6. The facility will be built and designed for co-location with other wireless carriers.
7. The facility will be removed at the expense of the facility and/or property owner if it is abandoned.
Conclusion
The proposed facility is in compliance with all zoning ordinance requirements.AT&T Mobility is strongly
committed to constructing wireless telecommunications facilities with the least visual impact to the community.
The proposed wireless telecommunication site is essential for AT&T Mobility to provide a seamless network
serving the greater Vail Valley region.
